Not all review sites rank this company high, but new ownership in recent years has improved their standing, reputation and customer service. Superb, slick site.

Bonuses, 9.0 – New clients enjoy $20 bonus for demo-ing their mobile platform, a standard 10% signup offer and a generous 100% bonus in the poker room represent the bonus offering here. It is modest, but all gaming channels offer some perks around key events (Triple Crown for racebook, World Series of Poker for poker etc) that add bonus potential.

Customer service, 8.8 – Not always a positive experience with Sportsbook.com, but this has improved. They had been unapologetic in the past in supporting often-times confusing rules on bonuses and game play. The stigma of those customer flaps – some still in archives of online forums – remains but new players typically enjoy solid experiences now. They rate lower than the competition because we want to see a sustained streak of flawless customer interaction.

Odds variety, 9.3 – Aggressive prop betting efforts creates plenty of unique and fun wagering opportunities. It also offers all the expected odds menus for North American and international sports. Easy to navigate through to the odds you want as well.

Overall Experience, 9.2 – Well laid-out site and stylishly appointed with current design elements. Arriving here gives the deserved impression that you are playing at a credible site. Good props, acceptable bonuses and an exciting site make the overall experience excellent.

Payment Solutions, 9.0 – Standard payment options have remained static in recent years. Depositing is relatively simple, even as payment processing went sideways in 2006 with anti-gaming legislation in the US.

Reputation, 8.7 – new management under Jazette Enterprises has righted the ship and cleaned up some messy issues that predated their arrival. Online forums were often full of complaints about failure to pay out bonuses, but the company ruled the players had abused the rules. Recently, that has not been a factor and they enjoy improved reputation throughout the space. TopSportsbooks.ca member companies have conducted business in recent years without incident and with fair results.

Stability/License, 8.9 – Licensed by the Netherlands Antilles and domiciled in Curacao, Jazette Enterprises continues to make strides as new owners. There is every reason to believe Sportsbook.com has turned the corner and is a solid choice for Canadians looking to play poker and casino games.

TSB Experience, 8.7 – Bit of a roller-coaster of highs and lows in vendor relationships but it has evened out, according to several member companies behind Topsportsbooks.ca. Bills are paid, questions are answered, information is shared to mutual benefit.

Website , 9.6 – Everybody Bets is the site motto and this notion that betting pervades Canadian society is true and catchy. The site uses the latest technologies, slick flash components and clever design elements to make it eye-catching, engaging and easy to navigate. It is one of the very best online sportsbook sites and their 9.6 rating is deserved.
