The site design does not communicate the fact that TheGreek is one of the most trusted and best-backed online sportsbooks in the world.

Bonuses, 8.5 – A 21% signup bonus for new players is a good lure, however the site lacks followup perks and bonuses common on other sites that market more heavily. You can early lines (which is great), you get sharp lines and fair juice (which is great).

Customer Service, 9.0 – Operators are available all day and night on numerous toll-free numbers but here’s the catch with TheGreek – there are almost NEVER any complaints. This is a rare sportsbook where customers are universally happy with them.

Odds variety, 9.0 – They are first or second to market every day with odds and offer a huge array of bet types. Hockey fans will find NHL and overseas hockey lines and there are always unique bets on NASCAR, CFL and other Canadian-focused events like the Canadian Open. Super Bowl is another time where TheGreek.com shines – tons of fun prop bets typically destroy the competition and offer customers the best assortment of fun football wagers.

Overall Experience, 9.3 – Never judge a book by its cover. The site design lacks polish and pizzazz, but it’s comfortable for players and excellent in functionality and organization. Payouts are best in the business and customers are relaxed knowing their money is perfectly safe. No racebook is a drawback but occasional contests around March Madness and Super Bowl add to the experience.

Website , 6.9 – Achilles was a great hero of the Trojan War, and at TheGreek.com, website flow and design remains its Achilles heel. Even with some recent modifications, the site remains weak visually with improper flow inside to the signup and betting menu pages. The addition of Sports News and Sports Stats to the front-page navigation has boosted the content and added some more research and tutorial items for clients. A little design love would make TheGreek.com instantly more appealing to first-time visitors and reflect more professionally on the rest of the operation.
